As the Creative Producer and Project Manager for Mr. Santa, Crystal led a team of songwriters, engineers, and producers—also contributing as a producer—to complete the full creative brief in under seven days. She oversaw every stage of production, from conceptualizing the music and coordinating the team to managing technical workflows and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

The project was submitted to the director, who praised the work for its creativity, execution, and cohesion. The independent film’s private showing in New York sold out, and additional screenings at select theaters reflected strong audience interest and engagement.

Beyond production, Crystal spearheaded a social media campaign to promote the movie and soundtrack. One of the artist’s videos went viral, reaching nearly 2.2 million views and significantly amplifying the film’s visibility and soundtrack reach. This project showcases her ability to lead fast-paced creative teams, deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, and connect artistic vision to measurable audience impact.
